Hi, I got a Motorola Xoom today (yipee:-) but find that GPS NMEA sentences are not being received for LocationManager.addNmeaListener (GpsStatus.NmeaListener listener) with Android 3.01.
This is working ok on Nexus One & Nexus S with Android 2.3.2. I know I asked before, but now I have a Xoom device I see no NMEA sentences being received, Location Manager is working for requestLocationUpdates (String provider, long minTime, float minDistance, LocationListener listener) and receiving GPS updates ok. Anybody else able to confirm GPS NMEA sentences not working in Android 3.0.1 I also starred - Issue 15500: NMEA Listener no longer working after upgrade to Gingerbread - and added a comment about same problem with Honeycomb.
