Hi Chris, Thanks for your reply. i was finally able to resolve this issue. i am sharing this information as it might be useful for someone else. i was facing this issue because the language setting on my PC was 'Hindi'. Once i changed back the Language to english it worked.
Now I am just wondering if this is a BUG?
