I would like to disagree politely about the number of 1.5 devices. There's still a significant percentage of these out in the wild (around 3%) and since they have no chance of being updated they won't disappear any time soon. I'll keep my minSDK at 3 for a bit longer., and I'll do my int parsing of VERSION.SDK manually :-)
