Learner1980...thanks. The 'installer_r10-Windows.exe' problem was
solved with the 'back' button and then the 'next' button. Weird but it
worked:-)

As for your error messages, i read somewhere to try 'HTTP' instead of
'HTTPS'. The 'HTTPS' option worked for me.
