Ive been trying to upload some new apps, and i too keep getting the same "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later."
Then when i go back to the developer home page some times i get 404, but when i do get back in, the changes i made to the new app im trying to upload are all gone and not being saved into the database. As a developer one would think they would offer a customer support service, or a memo stating "hey guise we are working on the servers herpa derpa" but google just does what google does.... BLAH. I feel like if i paid to be there, i should get some kind of service.
