Generally if the developer does not release the code themselves no one else will have it. If you feel you really need it (which you shouldn't, because this is a common problem) contact the developer. However, if they actually want to make money off their app, they probably won't give the code to you, and if you're asking for it it probably won't be of much use to you in the first place.
