Hello, I am not able to install the android packages from the Android SDK and AVD Manager. When I select a package and click on 'Update All' as said in the installation steps, "It is failing to fetch from the sources, saying
"Failed to fetch URL http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository.xml, reason: Connection timed out". Can you please help me in this regard, as I am not able to proceed.
