I hope they gave you a more complete snippet from the log than that. And is this BlackListDecisionPoint something they put on it, or something you did? I have never seen it before, and I am using an HTC Android 2.2 device, too.
Usually, "force close" means somebody threw a runtime exception (or other unhandled exception). Amazon owes it to you to at least show enough of the log to see what that exception is.
