Hi, As Android Market In-app Billing is now available to developers and users to publish applications that use Android Market's in-app billing service.
To implement this, i followed the instruction provided in "Implementing In-app Billing" document carefully. 1. Downloading the Sample Application 2. Configuring and building the sample application 3.Uploading the sample application 4.Running the sample application After completing these steps when i run the sample app, dialog appears with following title and message. Can't make purchases The market billing service is not available at this time. You can continue to use this app but you would not be able to make purchase. How to resolve this issue.?
