Those concepts are mutually contradictory.

They will be readily decrypted, because the decryption algorithm and
key will both be in the app. As Mr. Orlowski points out, this is DRM,
and all DRM implementations are either broken, being broken now, or
simply haven't hit the right people's radar yet.

Stream the content, so it is not resident on the device.
