ok, I've searched on the web but can't find a datasheet for the msm7201A which I believe to be the chip in the G1 ? Can you confirm that there is no positional audio in the G1 chipset ? I have a data sheet/brochure for the msm7200A which claims to support positional sound( QAudioFX™enhanced gaming audio for positional sound) , but obviously this is for an older chip, so has the functionality been removed or is it simply not up to scratch ?
