As I said, you are welcome to contribute patches to AOSP to improve parts of the documentation.
I spend a significant amount of my time working on documentation. This particular issue is a lower-priority over a lot of other stuff on my plate. That's the great thing about an open source platform though -- if you really care that much, you can contribute to it.
