Use Canavas.drawLine() to how line between two points. Saving an image in the DB seems to be a bad idea due to size and limited operations you can do with saved result. Save your points (from start to stop) instead and you will be able to draw them on the map any time later with all map related features (scale, modes, pan, etc.)
