Have you had any luck in finding out how to access the Mip settings via sdk? I'm have designed a program you manually cmd prompt the for root, recovery, super user, then im stuck. After it reboots from recovery the next step is to push the Nai and Ha/aaa shared secrets then move on to loading the ROM and finish up the provisioning.
