Hello everyone! I'm having a rather anoying problem: whenever I connect my bluetooth keyboard to my android phone (2.3.3), a small mouse cursor appears on screen and the only way to get rid of it is to reboot the phone (it does not disappear when the keyboard is disconnected). This obstructs my application, a fullscreen OpenGL app, which utilizes input from the keyboard for some special actions.
Is it possible to programmatically hide this cursor? Searching for info becomes very difficult since terms like pointer and cursor are usually connected to touch input on android :( Note: the bluetooth keyboard I'm using (at least to my knowledge) doesn't support controlling a mouse cursor so the reason to display one upon connection is not clear to me.
