Thanks a lot for all the help, but apparently the problem is very odd. I didn't know what else to do, so I started asking people to test on they machines and after a few tests, the GPS simulation only worked on the English version of the Windows. I have a Portuguese windows installed in my machine and it didn't work, but when I run the same code in a English Windows it worked. I really have no idea why this happens, but after 5 tests I think I can tell that the problem is the language version of my OS!!!! (what a shame)
