Mukie, MailShadow for Google Apps (MailShadowG) from Cemaphore sytems (www.cemaphore.com) syncs bidirectionaly between the Outlook Exchange cache (.ost file) and Gmail/Google Apps and therefore provides G1/ Android access to corporate Exchange mail, calendar, and contact data. It IS bidirectional sync so make sure you are ok syncing the Gmail info back into corporate Exchange before deploying.
