Wrong, I really love doing it, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed with it for so long. I just wanted to add a point that if you're considering making a living of this, it's not all enlightening moments and cutting edge development: there are going to be dull moments. If you don't enjoy it enough to deal with that you're going to fizz out. Luckily, there a lot of new ideas, but I'm sure that eventually everyone cares about something other than programming as the coolest thing in their life : )
