If you are non-artistic, it doesn't matter :) GIMP will open the PSD files on the Android website, so you might as well use that, since it's free and has the needed features. If you have access to some edition of Photoshop, that might make your life a little easier, since most tutorials, etc. are PS-oriented. Learning PS is also a more worthwhile investment, IMHO.
