two questions: The dev guide says that if we upload an App, then click "save" but not "publish", then we can do some testing work with test account. 1. What's that mean? Can test account users download the app from market while others can not see this app? 2. And the guide also shows that we can test licensing with test account. how can we test licensing with test account?
