I am currently experiencing the same problem with ServerManagedPolicy, albeit with only one person so far. The person claims that my application was working fine for one week up until around May 9, when suddenly the app said it wasn't licensed. He tried reinstalling but that didn't work. I've searched the web, and came across this: http://androidforums.com/application-development/154625-licensing-always-denies-caching-issue.html which suggests increasing TIMEOUT_MS in LicenseChecker from 10 seconds to 30 seconds. I'm going to try this in the next update and see if it works.
