I'll go for a PC also, but I'm having problems with debugging
applications on windows on my samsung devices, so I installed a Linux
system on a visrtual box and connected it via virtual USB and it
works. Thus with a PC you can get affordable 8GB or more of memory and
a 2 cores that can handle VMs. With a Mac the debugging doesn't need
any extra steps, but with the same price of the Mac you can get a more
powerful PC.
