That's easy. If you get your hand on an APK that, as an example, deletes all the contents of the phone's SD card, you can install that APK through 'adb install'... But if you install an APK you have no knowledge about at all like that, you almost deserve the thrasing :-) (pun my or may not be intended :-P)
