Well, it would look something like this:

import android.view.ViewGroup.LayoutParams;

TextView tv;
LinearLayout ll = findViewById...;
for(){
                tv = new TextView(this);
                tv.setLayoutParams(new LayoutParams(LayoutParams.FILL_PARENT,
LayoutParams.WRAP_CONTENT));
                ll.addView(tv);
}
