"Considering that Gingerbread has Arabic support"
Gingerbread displays Arabic fonts, but, Arabic language is formed by
connected letters, and in GB they are disconnected..
Example: Instead of the word "google" , in GB its displayed " g o o g
l e " .. and in Arabic each letter has 3 shapes ..
So, Android does not support Arabic if it cant connect the letters...
