 Like what?

Street View is it's own app which, like any other app, will open in response
to a properly formatted Intent. There should be no licensing concerns here.

That depends on the product which would have said restrictions posted
clearly on some ToS or agreements page. I'd Google "street view license" or
something and see what you find.
