Hi We have seen in some forums that customers unlocking the boot loader on their phones have experienced problems when they accept a FOTA (Firmware upgrade Over The Air) update. The issue has been reproduced and we are working on a solution. For customers that have unlocked the boot loader - do not accept the Firmware upgrade OTA.
