WEP, WPA personal, and WPA Enterprise are all done differently.
Android doesn't currently support WPA enterprise, but wpa_supplicant,
the program which Android uses to handle this, does.  So its probably
just a matter of some UI work.

Though handling custom certificates would be a bit more of an issue.
