Good morning, I have read about text_to_speech library ( http://developer.android.com/reference/android/speech/tts/TextToSpeech.html) and about Locale class (http://developer.android.com/reference/java/ util/Locale.html).
It says that <<You can create a Locale for languages and countries that don't exist, and you can create instances for combinations that don't exist (such as "de_US" for "German as spoken in the US").>> My question is: how can I use this library with languages such as Basque?
