Is there any way to compare 2 different images and show how many percent the similarities of the images? I'm doing a project right now and I need to compare flag images all around the world, then show the flags that have similar color or similar pattern. I have tried to find this on the internet but I only found the function that return true if the image is similar or false when it's not. Can anyone help me with this?
