Hi all. I would like to create a layout having a shape that has border only on 2 sides: left and right, i.e. I want top and bottom to be open. How can I achieve that defining shape in XML?
Currently I have a normal 4 side border using the following shape XML definition: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <shape xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"; android:layout_width="fill_parent" android:layout_height="fill_parent" > <solid android:color="#FFFFFF" /> <stroke android:width="1dp" android:color="#0000FF" /> <padding android:left="1dp" android:top="1dp" android:right="1dp" android:bottom="1dp" /> </shape> Please help, its urgent.
