AFAIK, Google weather API is an undocumented API. This means they can change it anytime based on their own needs and you'll have no reason to complain. You may try alternative sources for weather information. One such source which I'm investigating now is http://www.worldweatheronline.com/ I think I'll use them for my next application. Have a look if you are interested.
