When run on an Android manifest with Windows line endings from a Linux
shell, extract-debuggable.awk fails on the first XML attribute, at
this panic:
if ( _xml_attrib !~ /^[a-z][-+_0-9a-z:]*$/ ) # validate it
_xml_panic("Invalid attribute name: " _xml_attrib);
Changing the line endings to Unix solves the problem.
