About one in 5 purchases end up canceling within 3-8 minutes of purchase. I suppose this is long enough for someone to decide they are not interested. I have no problem with that. But with some many different incarnations of the phones out there -- what if the app didn't load, or didn't load correctly, or had a crash bug that was peculiar to their phone. The app runs fine on our test phones and the beta testers. Is there any way to get more information from the Developer Console or Merchant Accounts as to why they cancelled, or at least the phone or tablet they downloaded to? I'm pretty sure one of the questions ask when they cancel is "Why?" It would nice if that information was available to us.
