The statement that they received reports from "some developers" doesn't mean it only affects "some developers". It could still affect all but only some of us are complaining.
Anyway, the email contains a link and I would encourage everybody to click open the sections and click on "report" for every issue that applies. Hopefully they get these counters right this time.
