I've tried a variety of different methods of attaching attachments to email intents and I haven't found a 100% reliable solution yet. Sometimes it works with 1 email apps but not others. I've tried a variety of Intent.putExtra calls. I've tried passing the uri of the file on the device, using the parceable class, etc.
