I haven't received any updates/responses from Samsung on this Galaxy specific issue. Seems like their RingtoneManager does not work. I am wondering if anyone else has a solution for this.
Eclipse Project to reproduce this issue http://www.4shared.com/file/H1iO-_S1/TestRingTone.html Thanks Conny ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: MCON Dev <[email protected]> Date: Thu, Jun 30, 2011 at 11:38 AM Subject: Re: Setting Ringtones To: Kyung-Su Kim <[email protected]> Cc: Madan Ankapura <[email protected]> Kyungsu kim/Madan, If you notice carefully the code for RingtoneManager has been commented. I thought you will see that. That too does not work. Attached is the android project again for your reference. Please debug this further.
