The Android 2.3 emulator does not support GPS fix emulation, due to a
bug that has never been fixed.

The Android 3.0 emulator worked for this the last time I tried it, but
I avoid using that emulator for obvious reasons.

I have not tried this on an Android 3.1 emulator.
