Hi, I am using the PhoneStateListener to collect signal strength information, but I can not find information about its underlying implementation details, which will affect the accuracy of the data collected.
My questions are: - is the underlying system service doing sampling/averaging of the signal strength value, over a small time window? If so, what is the window size? - how much change will trigger a onSignalStrengthChanged() event? Is it something like one unit in ASU or dBm? Thanks!
