As far as I can tell, there is no *Android* API. But a new "kid on the
block" for Android, Koolu (www.koolu.com) is a Canadian open source
company who announced in November that they would be porting Android
to the OpenMoko phone.

This is significant because OpenMoko (a LINUX-based opensource phone)
DOES have a Cell Broadcast API.

So if they build Android on top of the OpenMoko LINUX, theoretically
they could provide an Android OpenMoko platform for CB.

All new ... I'm trying to get someone to buy me an OpenMoko phone w/
Android (supposedly shipping this month for $300, unlocked, from
Koolu) and see what I can see.
