Hello, I am developing an Android application which has to send/receive data to/from a remote server securely. The Android application has to authenticate the server and the server needs to authenticate the device. The data sent/received should also be encrypted. I have implemented similar feature on desktop applications using OpenVPN and thrift(Since the server is in C++ and the client in java). I was planning to use the same on Android but am not sure if openvpn package is available to be used by android applications.
