You don't "put devices into your manifest" ... you specify what your app
supports (Android version, hardware features, etc) and the Market filters it
and tells you what devices it works on based on that.

Unless you did something seriously retarded with your manifest, the problem
is likely with the Android Market, which is riddled with more bugs then a
New York City Housing Project.

Try publishing anyway and then look for it on your device.
