yep, I noted that as well. Don't know what's going on... Browsing Android Market (using https://market.android.com/) shows correct amount of comments but the graphic showing the star-ratings is wrong (and seems to correspond with the wrong value shown in the Developer Console).
Maybe they are changing something?
