Ummm, right. No. First, I'm almost 100% certain that that's impossible,
and if that 1% applies, and it is possible, I'll be royally pissed off.
Second, even if it were possible, I doubt anyone here would help with
something as insane as that. The security ramifications are beyond
total insanity.

If I'm translating the above correctly into English, you're saying that
it will be mandatory for the user to install it. I am asuming that it
is either A) required for something else to work, or B) something on a
corporate (company-provided) device that the user may not want. Fine.
Install it before the user is given their corporate phone and set it so
it can't be removed. Of course, you can't prevent them from killing it,
but that's another story.

No problem. Here's how you do it if it's just required for something
else to work (I already gave you the solution for the other scenario).
You tell the user that application foo that they need to do their job
won't work without fubar.apk being installed. If they want to be able
to function at work, they'll install fubar.apk.

If, on the other hand, you have more devious intentions, I can arrange
for you to get some "special" attention from some old co-workers of mine.
Just let me know if you want me to point them in your direction....
