It's normal for the payout to come in two parts, one much larger than the other. For example, this month I have one that's about 7% of my Market profit, while the other is about 93%. Don't know why, but it's been like this ever since Google switched to monthly payouts.
But if only one has arrived in your account, that's obviously *not* normal. If it doesn't show up in the next day or so, you need to pursue it with Checkout support.
