This group is meant for discussion of Android SDK problems, not generic computer science problems. Once TreKing said to use you debugger to find the "infinite recursive loop", that should have been the end of discussion -- in this group. It should, after all, be self- explanatory how to use the Eclipse debugger to step through the code and watch the call stack, especially once you go over the link he already gave you.
