(I am reposting this as the first time it didn't seem to make it into
the group.)

Hello,
I am looking to make to take soft buttons (make it look like a typical
soundboard) and have them output serial commands when they are pressed
(in hopes that it will transmit via a Wi-Fi connection). Is there
anyone that can supply me an example to work from so that I may learn
more on my own? Once I have an example I should be good to go.

The plan is to use a 802.11n XBee Wi-Fi shield connected to an Arduino
board to control lights and a Sparkfun MP3 sound board (all of which
accepts serial connections already).
Thank you in advance,
Tom
