Hello Barry,

Here is an example of the start-up command line options for Eclipse:

eclipse.exe -vmargs -Xms1024m -Xmx1024m -vm c:\jdk1.4.2\jre\bin\

and a link for further explanation on the options for v3.5 (Galileo):
