If you're looking for something really cheap(?), I believe sites such as TigerDirect have them for as cheap as $99. (I think I saw that ad earlier this week?.) Even though at this point they're quite old, they are pretty useful once you load them with a cyanogenmod. (up to 2.2, I doubt 2.3 runs on that. But... ?)
