Just got my Android developer phone, and promptly misplaced the one
page getting started guide. Windows Vista ("Found New Hardware") can
not find driver software for it. The phone does not show up as mass
storage, "adb devices" yields empty list of devices, and "adb shell"
says "error: device not found".Help!
